How my journey began

Hi! I’m Erika and EFP Studios Inc. is my passion baby!

For years I've dealt with low self-worth and anxiety. I struggled with feelings of inadequacy and lack of confidence due to past experiences/relationships. After finding my power and voice within the niche of boudoir for the past 5 years, I realized that I could help build women back up so that they didn't have to feel like I have. To be able to help men and women have even just a moment of unwavering confidence in themselves is the most incredible thing I have been a part of and after seeing the change happen, I knew this is exactly where I needed to be.

I wanted EFP Studios Inc. to be more than photography. I wanted to be able to spread the love further, to those who aren’t comfortable in front of the camera yet or not yet at that place in their self love/acceptance journey. Thus EFP Luxe Retreats was born.

I absolutely LOVE uplifting people and helping connect not only with themselves but with other people. I feel that allowing ourselves to be open and vulnerable is so incredibly important but also very hard to accomplish on our own. So, within our retreats, we have fun, connect, relax and empower.
